We prioritize self-care and maintaining a healthy work/life balance, which is why we offer a comprehensive Paid Time Off package. This package includes nine (9) paid holidays, a floating holiday, and four (4) well-being days annually.

Employees also accrue Paid Time Off, starting at three (3) weeks for their first fiscal year and increasing to six (6) weeks after 10 fiscal years of employment. Along with time off, we offer an Employee Assistance Program and self-care training throughout the year.
