The Person / Family Directed Support Waiver in Pennsylvania is designed to help individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability or autism to live more independently in their homes and communities and to provide services that promote community living, including self-directed and agency-based service models.

 

There is no age limit for individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability or autism.
