At Service Coordination Unlimited, Inc. (SCU), we provide personalized service coordination and supports coordination to individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism and older adults. We prioritize the individual’s needs and preferences to create a vision for their life, empowering them to make choices about their own care and support. We assist them by locating, coordinating and monitoring person-centered services fostering their independence and dignity.

Our Service Coordinators and Supports Coordinators at SCU have the experience and the knowledge of resources and they are committed to helping our participants live independently and to continue to play an active role in their communities. We promote the mission of the Department of Human Services and share in its vision for all Pennsylvanians to live safe, healthy, independent, and meaningful lives.
